We had our annual meeting at Tired Creek this past weekend and didn’t feel like cooking Saturday night. So, my sweet husband indulged me and we had a little family date at our favorite pizza place in Thomasville and then stopped by the park for the kids to play. There were 2 bday parties going on at the park when we got there so we went to the far end where the “old” swings and slides are. Ya know, the ones our generation grew up playing on! James and Audrey didn’t mind one bit, they got a kick out of climbing up the tall slides! We only stayed about 30 minutes or so but again James and Audge didn’t mind because it was SO HOT!!! Hard to believe that in T-minus 10 days we will become a family of 5!
fun day! How wonderful that Jon has a job that gives him a few days with y'all in the summer. I love thinking about that.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the playground with you all but I had to leave early...just TOO hot for old people. Y'all were Annual Mtg at the same time we were. Such a wonderful occasion that we look forward to each year and makes us a little sad when it's over. The children look like they've grown a FOOT in such a short time. Beautiful the whole LOT of you. Praying for this little one waiting for her entrance music. God bless all.
